  Nunca tomar ninguém como modelo 

Para as nossas acções e omissões, não é preciso tomar ninguém como modelo, visto que as situações, as circunstâncias e as relações nunca são as mesmas e porque a diversidade dos caracteres também confere um colorido diverso a cada acção. 

Desse modo, duo cum faciunt idem, non est idem (quando duas pessoas fazem o mesmo, não é o mesmo). Após ponderação madura e raciocínio sério, temos de agir segundo o nosso caracter. 

Portanto, também em termos práticos, a originalidade é indispensável; caso contrário, o que se faz não combina com o que se é.
