 On this actuality various cultures have imposed the illusion that each human being is different. 

In this illusion mankind has been caught for centuries, and this illusion has become a `reality´. 

If one observes closely the whole psychological structure of oneself, one will find that as one suffers, so all mankind suffers in various degrees. 

If you are lonely, the whole humankind knows this loneliness. 

Agony, jealousy, envy, and fear are known to all. 

So psychologically, inwardly, one is like another human being. 

There may be differences physically, biologically. One is tall or short and so on, but basically one is the representative of all mankind. 

So psychologically you are the world; you are responsible for the whole of mankind, not for yourself as a separate human being, which is a psychological illusion… 

If one grasps the full significance of the fact that one is psychologically the world, then responsibility becomes overpowering love.”

"Um ser humano é, psicologicamente, a humanidade inteira. Não só a representa: é a totalidade da espécie humana. 

Ele é essencialmente toda a psicose da humanidade. 

Contra essa realidade, várias culturas impuseram a ilusão de que cada ser humano é diferente. 

Nessa ilusão a humanidade tem estado presa durante séculos, e essa ilusão acabou por se tornar uma `realidade´. 

Se a pessoa observar de perto toda a estrutura psicológica de si mesma, descobrirá, que quando uma pessoa sofre, toda a humanidade sofre em graus variados. 

Se for é solitário, a humanidade inteira conhecerá essa solidão. A agonia, o ciúme, a inveja e o medo são conhecidos de todos. 

Portanto, psicologicamente, interiormente, uma pessoa é como a outra. 

Pode haver diferenças em termos físicos e biológicos; uma pessoa é alta, baixa, etc., mas, basicamente, uma pessoa é o representante de toda a humanidade. 

Assim, psicologicamente você é o mundo; é responsável por toda a humanidade, e não por si mesmo como ser humano à parte, o que é uma ilusão psicológica... 

Se compreende todo o significado do facto de que uma pessoa é psicologicamente o mundo, então a responsabilidade se torna amor irresistível."
